A gauntlet of kitties.
I was amused to see the following scene in my back yard yesterday. There’s a bird feeder barely visible in the lower left corner of the photo. The big pine tree in the upper right is where the birds live. The two black kitties belong to my neighbor. (Today there were three, as their brother the gray kitty joined them, but I wasn’t able to get a photo before he left.)
This one is “Boo”. She’s very happy with the kitty bed my husband made. And here we thought it was a planter box. Yes, those are her front paws reaching up to the top of the fence:
