Seaweed Wrap

It hasn’t been the greatest weather for a photo shoot lately, but finally I got some photos of Seaweed.

Pattern: Seaweed Wrap by Alice Starmore

Yarn: Hebridean 2-ply in Tormentil, (purchased with the pattern as a kit)

Needles: I used 3.75mm (US 5) to get gauge – the pattern called for 4.5mm (US 7)

Notes: It’s big, soft, fluffy, cozy, and I love it! The yarn is truly wonderful.

Absolutely lovely! Tormentil always reminds me of Tormentor, and unless that’s a reference to your tormented love for the color of the yarn, well, I guess it’s just not for us weak-minded to ponder…

So nice and cosy and big. The colour is wonderful as well. I think hot chocolate would go lovely with that ensemble!
