Have you been interested in making Japanese patterns from those clever charts, but were too intimidated by them?
Pierrot Yarns has translated a lot of their patterns into English, available here. Some of them have been rewritten without charts, but most of the ones I looked at still have the charts, translated into English. It’s a great way to get used to that type of chart, and may even help you figure out ones that aren’t in English.
On the main page, they also have links for a resizing guide to help you change the size (most patterns come in only one size), and videos showing you how to work different knitting and crochet stitches.
