Yes, it’s done!
And it even came in handy for my trip up to Snowbird for the afternoon. Still plenty of snow up there.
I ended up using just under 1200 yards of yarn – about half for the body and half for the ruffle.

Great job figuring the pattern out! I love it!
It turned out lovely!
Pretty, pretty, pretty (and hopefully a wee bit warm too with all that snow!).
You’ve done it again! Another beautiful handknit!
lovely! I’m so jealous of that snow.
It’s wonderful! I’m amazed it only took 1200 yards. It must have been warm and cozy for your day at Snowbird. I can’t believe the snowpack left in our mountains!
What a cozy, cozy shawl! Perfect for cool evenings! Brava!
It’s beautiful! I can’t believe how much snow is in your pictures.
It is the most beautiful Kate shawl of them all. Truly lovely!
Did you have a drink to celebrate finishing the ruffle?! It looks great!
Love it! Love that snow too, it’s a refreshing sight!
Endless ruffle edge ended beautifully!
And wow. That snow is magnificent. Is that at all normal for this late in the year?
It’s lovely! What a clever girl you are! (I can’t believe I see snow there still!)
Beautiful shawl. I love it! Out of all the ones that have been reproduced thus far, I like this one best. Nice job.
Really really like this one! Cannot believe you knit it this fast…1200 yards.
Love the shawl. The snow? Not so much. . . (although it’s quite lovely).
I really love it, Cheryl. Phenomenal work!
Brava! Beautiful!
